All image calculation and rendering tasks of the application are completed by built-in local AI modules. No user images or facial feature content will be transmitted outside the personal device. The application provides pure local service without any background data collection behavior.
The installation and opening of Mimic by users shall be deemed as the automatic recognition and acceptance of all contents of this user agreement. If users disagree with any clause in this agreement, they shall stop installing and using the application immediately. The application does not collect any facial data of users, and all operation behaviors are limited to local equipment.
Mimic is a lightweight local AI avatar generation tool. It provides one-click conversion service from real-person photos to Q-version cartoon avatars. The application covers multiple aesthetic styles such as cute style, minimalist style and healing style. All generation logic runs on the local device without network data transmission. No facial data will be collected during the whole service process.
The application reserves the right to appropriately adjust and optimize the clauses of this user agreement according to function iteration and service optimization. The revised agreement will be displayed inside the application. The continuous use of application functions by users shall be regarded as recognition of the updated agreement. The adjustment of the agreement will never change the core rule that the application does not collect any facial data.
Mimic permanently adopts an account-free usage mode. Users do not need to complete registration, login, mobile phone binding and other behaviors. All core avatar generation functions can be used directly. There is no personal information database inside the application. The account-free design fundamentally ensures that the application cannot collect any facial data and personal information of users.
Users shall use Mimic in a standardized, legal and civilized manner. Users shall not upload pictures containing vulgar, violent, offensive and other inappropriate content. Users shall bear all responsibilities for the content of uploaded photos independently. To ensure the normal operation of avatar generation and saving functions, the application needs to obtain local album access permission from users. All intellectual property rights of Mimic belong to the developer of the application, including but not limited to software code, interface design, local AI algorithm model and visual art elements. The ownership of all Q-version avatars generated by users belongs to the users themselves. Users can save, export and share the generated avatars for personal daily use. The application will not occupy any content ownership of user-generated avatars. Mimic only provides local AI avatar generation services for individual users. The application does not support commercial profit-making behaviors. Users shall not use the generated avatars for commercial promotion, transaction sale and other commercial scenarios.
